Module 1:
Identity & Lived Experience

In this grounding, eye-opening session, participants explore how identity shapes power, perspective, and experience... both in and out of the workplace. It’s an honest start that helps people connect the dots between privilege, marginalisation, and the assumptions we all carry.

We unpack visible and invisible dimensions of identity, and explore how these influence trust, communication, and belonging at work. Through reflection and shared insight, participants build the confidence to name what’s often left unsaid.

Dialogue & Discomfort

Participants will learn how to engage across difference with empathy and intention, respond (not react) in the face of challenge, and hold space for growth while staying grounded in truth. This is where theory meets real-world leadership.
