A structured, six-week mentoring experience that supports underrepresented talent through group learning, honest conversation, and shared accountability. Grounded in action learning, each circle is a space for clarity, confidence, and career momentum.

Format:
The program consists of three 2-hour sessions spread over six weeks, bringing together 6 to 10 participants per circle. Each circle explores curated topics and includes the option for one-on-one support, all delivered in a virtual format .
